Hi everybody, The line-up for Nano Mugen festival 2011 (in Japan) is out: http://www.nano-mugenfes.com/11/en/The Rentals are going to play everyday (acoustic stage). direct quote from the news: "Also Matt Sharp's THE RENTALS will be joining NANO MUGEN FES. again (last appearance in 2006), performing on the acoustic stage for both 16th/17th." (Weezer and Ash are also part of the line-up for 2011) Regards |

i asked Dan (drummer) via facebook if he will play with The Rentals in Japan.
he said:
"Unfortunately not, I think it's just going to be Matt."
well, i hope at least Lauren play.
some songs sounded great with only guitar and piano in Films About Weeks like No Desire and Stardust.

great news!!
it's great Jamie will be playing there,
she sings at most of the Songs About Time songs.
i hope they play Late Night Confessions (one of my favorites)or some sorprises with Tim Wheeler (he played guitar in Overlee)
it will be great a broadcast!!
