If you guys look back at these two videos, you can actually witness the Moog synthesizers. The Moog Source was the dominant synthesizer heard on these two singles and most of the rest of the
Return of the Rentals CD.
In the "Friends of P" music video, Cherielynn is miming on the Moog Opus-3, and Jim is on the Moog Source.

Then, we have the "Waiting" music video, wherein almost all of the synths seen here are Moog Sources (mimed by Cherielynn, Jim and Maya; Jim is also miming on the Crumar GDS synth):

According to official interviews made by Matt Sharp and other band members, all of the synth lines on this 1995 album were played mainly by Tom Grimley with assistance from Matt himself, and also Jim.
