okay so I'm gonna screen print some rentals shirts for a few friends and possibly you boardies here if i can get this down right to a science... I have an image for the shirt but I still want to try rocking a rentals logo on it too...however, I don't have the Data 70 font... does anyone here have it? "Future" is close but it doesn't cut it for authenticity... sounds like a plan mr. man... personally, which do you think would work best.... 7mm logo or ROTR logo???

Me Me Me - i want one too!
i've wanted to make one for a while but all the printing places i've gone to are expensive (the negative costs alot to make) and not worth one or too shirts.
i think the computerish ROTR font is the best. i was at this novelty shirt shop that made souvenier shirts on the spot, and after some hagling i was able to get the owner to professionaly iron THE RENTALS in the computer font (since he had the entire alphabet) on some vintage T's i had with colored collars and sleaves and RACING stripes!. this would be the simplest way to do it without an image.
Just remember you cant make $$ on the shirts, only cover your costs otherwise its copywrite infringement and matt will add you to his list of lawsuits!?!

That was really odd. However, someone made a really funny comment: How the hell did one of my all time fave bands /songs / music vids end up associated with weed? - Is "friends of P" code for some really powerfull, extra sticky strain of Kush? - Ooo Woo Hoo Hoo indeed!

How I first "broke the ice" with the Rentals was wearing a homemade t-shirt to one of their shows. Mine was pretty rough and naive though; just some hand-drawn lettering (trying to mimic their font), a Russian name tag, and a red sequin star. Even though I probably looked kind of silly, the band was nice enough to sign the shirt.
