Sorry if this has been done like a million times before. we need some discussion here.

I think these albums are about the same in quality and i enjoy the both of them a lot, but Matt's vocals on 7MM pale in comparison to his vocals on ROTR, imo. that gives ROTR the edge for me.

what do you guys think?

7mm is my pick, I've always preferred its softer and smoother style over RoTR more up-beat style. Also 7mm gets extra points for having the song "The Man With Two Brains" in it, it's my favorite song of all time. I always get very lost in thoughts when I am listening to that song.

ah same. a little help from Rivers is never a bad thing.

edit: never mind. rivers did not co write TMWTB, he co wrote My Head is in Sun. but still, a little help from Rivers is never a bad thing.

and whenever i listen to She Says It's Alright, i feel like everything is alright.

7MM for me. More variety, it tells a story, and it seems much more personal to me. Also...Overlee and My Head Is in the Sun.

And to me it represents the summer after my senior year and the fall of my freshman year in college.
