1. Call your local radio station and ask for the new Rentals EP.
2. Use the ad matte posted in the promo materials board to make posters and blanket your home turf!
3. Hit up message boards and blogs, let's create a buzz.

Please post here what you have done and what still needs to be done.  This is a way for people to know what areas need to be hit up. Also, if you have an idea of any place that needs attention, but don't have the time, put it here and someone else will get to it.
      Thanks,
             Patrick

I haven't done anything YET, but I plan on eventually putting up posters at Waterloo Records, Cheapo, around Emo's, and on campus. I have a friend that djs at the campus station, so I'll see what I can do!

Anyone other Austinites?

Former Austinite here...

I'd recommend hitting up coffee shops and shops as well. I know Spiderhouse, Amy's Ice Cream, Waterloo Video, shops on the Drag/S.Congress, etc. are good places to post stuff. I've been gone a couple of years and I'm not sure if some places are still around anymore.

Good luck!
