It's hard to choose the order to put them in... I usually just go by my top 7, though in the order I discovered them. I can't drive myself crazy with this so I'm just gonna type it up now and leave it a lone, hah.
1. Ours 2. Dredg 3. Alanis Morissette 4. Placebo 5. Muse 6. The Dresden Dolls 7. Weezer 8. The Cranberries 9. Bush 10. Neutral Milk Hotel 11. The Rentals 12. Ambulette 13. Fiona Apple 14. Jeff Buckley 15. Regina Spektor 16. The Pixies 17. Dolores O'Riordan (a part from the Cranberries, I'm really digging her solo CD) 18. Orgy 19. Rilo Kiley 20. Kaiser Chiefs

1. Weezer (I love all Weezer songs, but it's songs from the blue album era, as well as Pinkerton that got me into a new side of music, instead of just listening to music I wanted to get involved and it's the great sound and tone of Rivers that made me buy a guitar, and then playing guitar became one of the most importing things I do) 2. Muse 3. The Killers 4. The Beatles 5. KISS 6. The Rentals 7. The Darkness 8. Fall Out Boy 9. Nirvana 10. Ozma
That list will probably change by tomorrow, but Weezer will always be my favorite.
Brian Bells band The Relationship sounds good, hopefully they can release an album, but seeing as Weezer will be bringing out album six next year, it seems like it could be sometime before that happens.
